just bought the Puteri Gunung Ledang's (PGL) OST.. waaa.. SPEEDY is speeding in getting people's money ek?
RM15.60 at SPEEDY..but i bought it just for RM13.90 at another records shop... hehe.. buy original.. but still have to be wise in buying original ;P..
the album was produced by EnfiniTy Sdn Bhd and was distrbuted by SRC. Containing 12 tracks including 2 bonus tracks.
the main reason why i bought the OST.. heh.. of course lah because of my sifoo M Nasir and Malaysia's no.1, Siti Nurhaliza for their duet in Bagai Sakti...walla! the music arrangement and mixing was blended beautifully with the voices plus the ethnic element and Javanese Tembang.
Keranamu Kekasih, quite a slow number from Vince (spelled and printed as Vinc at the tracks listing for the cassette cover). Song by Dick Lee while lyrics by Pat T. Ibrahim and Sit Jasmina ( as printed.. Sit? or maybe Siti.. hapo hapo jelah). .. Luv the lyrics and the chorus part with orchestra like music arrangement..
i was introduced to Padi's hits, Kasih Tak Sampai by my bestfriend early last month..i truly love this track..besides.. i'm into most of padi's song.. just love their music arrangement.. n fadly the lead vocal hik! .. but.. i was told that he is married..hieeya! ok back to the track...to me the main strength of this song is the organic n soft piano plucking while the music arrangement and melody is slow.. sentimental.. plus the backup group put some mysterious element it it.. whoaaa...
Asmaradana.. the first single org of PGL's OST by Tiara.. quite a refreshing and great song arrangement by KRU. similiar to Bagaikan Sakti it has a very unic ethnic music but blended with pop and hype element as a fast number track.

so.. what is the relevan of Karma by Cokelat and Januari by Glenn to the OST? hmm still loking for the answer.. since a few lines of the dialogue is included at the start of each song eccept for this one (excluding the 2 bonus song). Better still ..it's a nice song from cokelat and Glenn with meaningful lyrics . But on second thought maybe the love story of HT and PGL ended on January?? eheks!
Mungkin and Kembalikan Kasih by Anuar Zain.. have a very great muzik arrangement for each.. but since i'm sooo not into AZ.. hmmmm.. i might change my POV if they put AZ latest hits Semua Untuk Mu.. ahaks!
2 tracks from psyklone titled Disisimu and Sendiri. i'm not familiar with this band. but they sound just okay to me.. nothing impressive though
for those who love disco type of music... they might love the bonus version of Asmaradana with Tribal Mix by Jungle Jerry and discomafia. but i guess this remix version is probably worth listening cuz sometimes when it had sumting to do with a remixed stuff it was just unlistenable.. ekekee
suprisingly.. though i am truly wish that siti nurhaliza will sing the solo version of Bagaikan Sakti..on the other hand.. Tiara was quite good with her solo version of the theme song. Have to admit that she can sing too.. ok laaaaaaa... what else to expect.. hik!
